After arriving back at the office one day, my husbands boss (he was 21 and I am 44) approached my husband and said he smelt alcohol on his breath. My husband agreed to take a breathalyzer test, which showed negative - no alcohol. His boss then turned around and said ok, then lets try a blood test for drugs. My husband refused to take the blood test and was dismissed for insuborination. Is there any recourse we can take in this.
