Georgia,

I was terminated because I took too many days off even though those days were paid time off days and were approved. Before the termination, my pay was lowered from 15.14/hr to 12.00/hr because I took too many days off. I know Georgia is an employee-at-will state, but do employees have any rights?

Nevada (where I live) is also an employment-at-will state and as long as you are not deprived of your required breaks and lunch time and antidiscrimination laws are not broken - well, now you know why they call it employment-at-will.

Not much you can challenge here, I don't think.

Good luck in your new job,
