I was denied unemployment benefits and appealed before a referee and subsequently, further to the UC Board of Appeals.
If there is a very basic ERROR in the finding of fact by the board ( I have a copy of their decision as well as the transcript from my original hearing), would this error on their part assist me in any way should I make a further appeal to the Commonwealth Court?
