where can I find the labor laws governing private employees (not state) in any industry in Utah? I need to look up a specific statute in Utah (or in the federal labor rules) regarding the rights of worker to their earned accrued leave upon voluntary termination, ie., worker quits in the middle of the year, has lots of accrued leave time but the company only wants to pay its defined max leave (240 hours) and forcing the worker to lose the extra hours that he has earned. The key here is the company's policy says "carried over leave from a previous year can only be 240 hours" but the policy says nothing about forfeiting accrued leave that exceeds a max number, if the worker decides to leave in the middle of the year. Please help with specific references to some legal statutes. Thanks a million.
