In Kansas how long does an employer after terminating your employment have to give you your vacation pay and last pay check?what arbitration rights do you have if it has been 3 weeeks is this legal for the employer to withhold your pay?

In Kansas, they have until the next regularly scheduled payday to release your final paycheck. They do not have to give you your vacation pay at all unless company policy expresses says so. Your recourse if they fail to provide your last paycheck is to file a complaint with the Kansas Department of Labor.
