What is the name of your state?Florida
I gave a weeks notice of resignation on good terms.
I believe I am entitled to the previous weeks work , however, I also accrued 58 hours. They asked me not to work the week's notice and leave that day.
Am I entitled to the weeks work, or at the very least the accrued time>?
Are they allowed to not pay me if I gave notice and they chose to not let me work?
Thank you for your assistance

You are entitled to be paid for all the time you actually worked.

The state of Florida does not require that you be paid any accrued vacation time unless the company chooses to pay it.

NO state requires you to be paid for a notice period you did not work, EVEN IF it is at the behest of the employer that you did not work it. Again, the employer can choose to pay it, but they are not legally obligated to do so.
