Hi,
I have a question. I am resigning from my job and have accrued vacation which my employer gave me a print-out of.
I am not giving a full 2 week notice but a week and 2 day notice instead. I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Do they have to pay me for the vacation time that they show I accrued ? They are trying to tell me that they will not pay my vacation unless I give a full 2 week notice. Can they do this? What are my legal rights?
Please, reply.
