vacation and sick hours accured

calif employer paid me my accured vacation time but not accured sick days at time of termination.i was a salaried employee + sales comm. any body??

After an employee leaves a company for whatever reason, it is common to pay for unused/ accrured vacation time. It is not very common to pay for unused sick days. Refer to your employee handbook.
