My husband quit his job and gave a few weeks notice. Before his notice was up, the boss told him that he didn't have to finish it out, that it was his last day. He had sick time and vacation pay left. Are we owed that vacation and sick pay? What are our options to get it back since we are out of state now? Thanks.
