Iowa. If you are hired as a salaried employee and the contract says 45-55 hours at so much money, can they make you work more? Are there laws concerning maximum hours you can be forced to work per day or number of hours you must have off between shifts? For example working 15 hours getting 4-5 hours off and working 25 more. Any advice, suggestions, or help is greatly appreciated!!
