What is the name of your state? CA

I was terminated from my job after they received information from a Government Agency that was/is protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Freedom of Information Act. Not to mention the information they received was not proven to be accurate. I have won my Appeal for Unemployment Insurance after presenting my case for Breach of Good Faith and Fair Dealing and Negligent Misrepresentation. Any opinions?
