What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee. I served as Volunteer Head Coach of my local Junior High Football Team. The Superintendent stated that all coaches would be evaluated on a year to year basis, determining their coaching jobs. The team had not had a winning season in 3 yrs. I lead them to a winning record. The Superintendent called me the day after our last game and wanted to know "where was his championship". I was later told they wanted to go in a different direction and my assignment as Head Coach was terminated but asked to stay on as an assistant. He said the "community" suggested the change because I didn't win a Championship. After further investigation I found the "community" was only a few Booster Club members that had kids on the team that didn't play alot because of lack of talent. I was not given an evaluation only told I was being relieved of Head Coaching duties. People in the community, the real community can't understand why I was let go. What could I do?
