I'm in Washington state and was fired yesterday for lateness occurences. I asked my supervisor if I would receive pay for my accrued vacation hours (about 43 of them), and she informed me that since I was fired, I would not. I feel like this is something I earned. Is she right on this?

The depends entirely on company policy and on any agreements, publications, and notices the company has had regarding the vacation policy. If there are more facts that can help, please post them.
