Wal-mart and off time

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin.
My question is, Can Wal-mart terminate or suspend anyone for spending time together, (Salaried and hourly) off the clock. This is not romantic in any way shape or form, just house parties, bon-fires, and going out after work for a few beers.
