Hi, I am a state employee of Maryland. I would like to start a website and forum for other employees to get on and share information from different areas of MD, complain about how the state government is screwing things up or doing good ect. I am wondering what repercussions could I expect from this action. Say the Governer or other state employee gets mentioned in the forum as "A pinhead who is screwing things up". Can they sue or fire me for admining a site like this? Thanks for any help on this.

Legally, I don't have a clue but it's never a good idea, no matter what entity you work for, to publically critique your employer.
