I'm 16 years old, I live in Washington State, I've completed my high school education... Is there any law that prohibits me from working full time after I've graduated even though I am 16? I'm applying for a job, I'd like to work as much as I can, how many hours per week am I allowed (I don't want to apply for a full time job if I can only work part time)? Thanks =)

Mandy:

type Google.com into your address bar (this is the best search engine I have ever found)

Search for "Child Labor Laws" and hit enter.

This will then take you to links for state laws.

I am not an attorney, but once placed high school students in co-operative education jobs.

Let me know if this helped.

Good luck
