My question is in the contract under the section titled "Duties and Fees" there is a phrase the reads "All charges, compensation or other things of value received or realized by the Employee (me) as the result of rendering professional medical services shall belong to and be paid and delivered to the Employer."

Since this Employer will pay up to $2500 a year for educational materials and seminars for professional development, am I required to leave those materials with the Employer if I eventually take another job. Also, if I choose to "moonlight" after business hours with an independant clientelle, does that mean that I have to give them my extra paid compensation?

I am a California resident. My job offer/contract is from a small private medical group in Oregon.

Thank you for your help!
