    What is non-compete breach?

    What is the name of your state? Virginia,

    My resume is forwarded by a comapany 'A' to Company 'B' prior to I sign a non-compete aggremnet with 'A' and Company 'B' told me that it is leagally okay if I work for them because they contacted me before I sign contract with 'A'.

    Does what Company 'B' says is legal?

    Did I breach non-compete aggrement with company 'A' by joinging Comapany 'B'?

    I know I should hire attorney but I can't afford at this moment and I am really depending on your suggentions.

    There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

    Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
