I am trying to advise a 16 year old in Colorado about how to fill in the felony misdeameanor questions on job applications. If she got a DUI at age 14, how long will it show up on background checks?

What shows on anyone's background check at any time depends on how thorough a background check is done. All background checks are not created equal. What will show will depend on who is asking and what they ask about.

Please tell me you have a typo in your post. She had a DUI two years before she was old enough to drive?
