I work in a small midwestern town and work for a male chauvanist. He says that I am required to deliver coffee to his desk when he gets there in the morning. I am an administrative assistant and I don't want to do this. I live in Minnesota and wonder what my rights are about this. Thanks for any advice that you can give me.
