I was offered a job with a company and was told everything was OK with my drug test and background check>>> I was to report to work on Monday and Fri I got a call saying they would have to withdraw the job offer because of a bad comment from a past employer..I live in GA and just wonder what recourse I have???? They will not tell me who said it or what they said. do I have any recourse???
