I resigned last friday, but have thought about it and want to withdraw my resignation.
Is the decision up to my boss weather he accepts it?
or do i have a certain amount of time to withdraw it???

Thanks in advance

My response:

Unless you get on your hands and knees, and do something to your boss that you won't be proud of having done in the morning, then simply, you're vapor, you're history, you're yesterday's news. Start pounding the pavement.

Resignations do not come with a guaranteed retraction time. You can certainly ASK if you can retract it, but it is entirely up to your employer whether to allow it or not.
