My 62 year old mother was injured while working in the restaurant of a California Indian Casino. She is receiving unsatisfactory treatment and is told that the Indians cannot be sued because they are a sovereign nation. We can not find an attorney in our area (Riverside, CA) with experience in this arena. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
