I took a two week vacation and when I reported back to work I was told I did a no call no show and was terminated. Is there anything I can do for this?

No, unfortunately for you, it's perfectly legal to fire you for a reason that is in fact incorrect. And that's your legal advice.

Re: professional advice - did you formally request this vacation according to your company's established vacation request procedures? And if yes, did your boss approve said vacation, again according to said established vacation procedures?
