California- I've been harrassed by a few co-workers and have been accused of stealing money in the workplace. My Gen. Manager knows it's not true, but has taken no action. My Asst. Manager plans to take action soon by firing one of them, but it's not enough for me. I'm being accused without evidence nor any proof by these childish workers. I've lost working days and have suffered from emotional pain. What rights do I have? I'd like to take this to Corporate because I'm tired of this rumor and the illegal acts they have taken part of. Help!
