Virginia - I bartended at a restaurant until September when I was in a terrible car accident, not my fault, but my heel was shattered (and misdiagnosed) I was unable to walk, until just two months ago & still painfully. My employer told me repeatedly that I had my job back whenever I was able to work again. Almost 3 weeks ago, I asked to be scheduled. They said they'd try. Three days later I was told that I couldn't work unless someone that had been covering my shifts either quit or was fired. Is this considered wrongful termination? If they'd been honest from the beginning I would have attempted collecting unemployment or disability. 6 months without income & now I don't have a job either
