I was employed by a military installation as a contracted registered nurse. I was let go and given the reason that a background check came back with incriminating evidence. After going into debt and heavily pursuing the situation, I finally got a supervisor at the place of employment to admit that they let me go because of a back injury that I got while on the job. Is this legal? Firing me under false pretenses and due to an injury that I got while on the job. This sounds illegal to me...

nope... I had my report reviewed and the only thing on it was a bankruptcy from 7 years ago.. Supervisor told me that my injury slowed my productivity and they let me go because of this..
