i was a finance director for a city and the city manager terminated me. in my termination letter the manager accused me of sexual harrasement, insubordination, etc. in a meeting with city council the city manager admited he had no foundation for any of these accusations he also said i had never been insubordinant at work only my actions off the job. because of this letter i may not be able to gain employment with any other city.
