Florida. I was fired because because boss's niece (who is 12) thought i yelled at her. I filed a grievance report with our employee leasing company and now my boss is saying alot of bad things about me including that i stole from the company. I have never received a reprimand or anything derogatory in my personnel file. Can i sue my employer?
