Was interviewed and hired in Dallas, TX. for a job in Jacksonville, FL (Lived in Mississippi-company paid moving expenses to Florida). Was fired this past July after 20 months. Have since moved back to Mississippi. Had one lawyer here in Mississippi state I must find a lawyer that practices in Florida. Had another lawyer state she has cases all over the United States. Do I need to find a lawyer that practices in the state I was fired in or can I just use a lawyer who practices here in Mississippi?
