New york.....I am a nurse...employed by a hospital for 27 years. I broke my foot (at home...not on the job) and was out of work for 5 months. I always kept my superiors informed of my doctor visits, and had given them the date I was to return. I recieved a letter of termination 2 weeks before I was due back. Another nurse had hip surgery and was out the same amount of time and was allowed to return to work. Do I have a case of discrimination or wrongful termination?
