i live in north carolina. i was resently layed off. my emploer said it was a business decsion that they had too many drivers and not enough trucks. they had just hired two other drivers, yet i was the one layed off. i had been at the job for eight months, while the next closest to me in senoirity was one week. this happened the same week as i had to take my daughter to the emergency room for severe sickness and had to take a day off. do i have case for wrongful termination?(
