I was recently fired from my job. I was told I wasn't keeping up with the workload. Approxamitly 11 months ago, I was hurt on the job and injured my back. I am in the construction business and basically changed my job details that required no physical labor. Just recently I have been doing some physical labor and have been complaining of back problems. Thus the result has been I have not been able to keep up with the job requirements. As a result, I am being terminator because of this. What legal action can I take if there is any. PLEASE HELP.
Thanks
