I WAS WORKING FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX IN COLORADO.
MY IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR QUIT THE WEEK BEFORE,AND WE HAVE AN "ACTING" SUPERVISOR. MY PROPERTY MANAGER ALSO QUIT THE SAME DAY. WE EVEN HAD A GOING AWAY PARTY THAT NIGHT FOR THEM.

THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY I AM CALLED INTO THE OFFICE,AND TOLD BY THE FORMER PROPERTY MANAGER THAT MY WORK IS NOT UP TO PAR,AND I HAVE 15 DAYS TO CORRECT IT OR I WILL BE FIRED. I WAS THEN SENT BACK TO WORK.

THE NEXT MORNING THE "ACTING" SUPERVISOR CAME TO MY HOUSE AT 7 AM AND INFORMED ME THAT I COULD PICK UP MY FINAL CHECK AT NOON AT THE OFFICE. (WHICH WAS BEING SENT SAME DAY FROM CHICAGO)

I FILED FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS,AND THE EMPLOYER CLAIMS THAT I ABANDONED MY JOB. DO I HAVE ANY TYPE OF CASE ,AND IF SO IS IT REALLY WORTH FILING?
