Was a restaurant manager for a large corporation.
Was fired for cutbacks and preformance..Never late, never call off , no wright ups...no other
explanation given...Was not given any papers to sign upon termination .Days later different manager walks out on shift and is offered job back next day..That manager and another manager both less qualified for position .Could this be a personal discrimination ?

It sounds unfair but it is legal. The law would protect you from discrimination only if it is due to race, religion, gender, age, or disability. If you feel any of these is the case, please post that.
