What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Dakota.

I am writing on behalf of my Grandma. She is a teacher's aid at the Indian School. October 1, 2008 she was called to the superintendants and told that a complaint had been filed against her for child abuse and she was let go without notice or pay. The Criminal Investigator came to her house on October 8, 2008. She went to the Indian Child Welfare Oct. 2 and the BIA she started her own investigation asking if there were any reports made against her and none known of at that time then on Oct. 6, she called **** at the BIA office and she said yes but couldn't reveal any names. They contacted an attorney on Oct. 7 in SD and he advised her not to speak to anyone without counsel. So when the Criminal Investigator came on 10-08-09 she said she was advised by a lawyer not to speak to anyone. This is on tribal reservation here , handled by BIA and tribal court. This case has never gone any further. She was told that she could come back to work recently in a different area, at a reduced pay. No explaination given, no further action by the adminstration or CPS. Any advice? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
