Claim checkWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in Missouri. On 3 recent homeowners claims that I made, my insurance company made the claim check out payable to myself and my mortgage holder jointly. Is this legal? Is it common? Thanks. |

| Yes. Call the loss mitigation department at your mortgage company. They will tell you where to send it. The mortgage compnay has to endorse it. |
