What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT
I have extensive ice/water damage to my interior condo.
Waiting for insurance approval to start repairs.
Condo Assn. is responsible for damage.
My own Homeowners has determined this.
What expenses can I expect the Condo to be responsible for in addition to the repairs.
IE; living accomodations while repairs being made, ( walls, floors, ceilings, insulation, etc. ) will need assistance to move belongings, cleaning, etc.
Thank you

Your insurance company will pay for the damage you describe, except possibly the floors, ceiling, and insulation.
