My friend is pretty much having a panic attack.

Two years ago, her dog knocked someone off their bike, with no medical files or police reports to prove that she knows of. Everything was fine, until recently. Her father lost his insurance on their house due to the incident, and will only get it back if the dog is put down.

It seems fishy that although something happened, and they bring it up two years later against the family. We both believe it's wrong, and are not too sure about the company.

Does anyone know if it's a legal move by the company?
