What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I already posted this on thte real estate section but this may be a better place.

My HOA is requiring to be named as additional insured on my condo owners policy. I understand they can require that I carry a certain amount of liability insurance but do they have a right to be on the policy. Are there any issues if there is a dispute in the future and we are both listed on one policy? Can they make a claim since they would be listed on the policy? It appears like they would be getting an insurance benefit without paying the premium. Thanks for any help you can give me.
