What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

My insurance company does not want to pay for damage to my property because it was caused byt wind. This is not listed in my policy. The adjuster said it was on part of my policy that was in the office. What do I do?

What To Do When Ins Co DENIES Claim Coverage

You sound like you need the services of a public adjuster. You should contact metro public adjustment inc, bensalem, Penn ... they also have offices in Illinois. I am licensed only for Maryland.

Claim denials can be resubmitted by a public adjuster. I just do not know the time limitation for Illinois. Good luck.
