What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
can I claim a leaking cinder block wall basement that is bowing through my insurance co

Why is it that way? was there a Fire? Accident? Storm?

NO?

Then NO. No payment for foundation defects. or problems due to age or neglect.

But you are free to claim anything you want.
