I don't think my location is relevant.

I want to sue a big insurance company for breach of contract, etc., but I also want to insulate myself from a counter suite.

Is there a way to do that?

US law and Canadian law are not the same, and even in the US the law varies from state to state. We have no experts here in Canadian law.
