What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? mn.

my business had a secret EIN placed on it ,and a ins. was purchased, a misplaced telephone told me there was a check in the office for household appliances , and I was blocked access to ins. office: as trouble maker> how do I get this off of record!

are EIN a cover for unpaid bills?

EIN is an acronym for Employer Identification Number.

Are you sure you don't mean "lien"?
