Rent loss/ Loss of Use Policy (florida)

I have a couple clients that need to obtain rent loss or loss of use coverage on condominiums(rental properties) due to a lender's requirements for obtain financing. Does anyone know of someone writing these policies on a standalone basis or would it be included with another policy. Any help locating an agent handling this coverage would be appreciated.

All they need to do is contact their homeowner's insurance agent, and ask for a commerical insurance policy for a rental property. These are sold every day. Easy. Nothing out of the ordinary.
