.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO
HI I switched insurance companies and one was not canceled. Now I have a hail damadge claim and two current policies. Can I claim on each policy?

No! the one you should claim on is the one you replaced the first one with, and the first one should be canceled as of the date the newest one went into effect.

Or you can collect half the money from one policy and half from the other. But you can't collect for the same damage twice.
