I am currently working for company A on H1B. Company B filed H1B transfer (under premium processing) and it is already approved from March 4, 2013. The actual joining date for company B is going to be March 18, 2013. Now, if I resign from my company A on March 8 (and take a break from March 11 - 15 (5 working days)), will this cause any issues? Will I be out of status?
