I currently work in California Bay Area for company X. I have approved I-140 with PD of May 2011. My company has 2 offices within 80 miles of each other. I used to work at one location and my LABOR was filed with one location. Company has filed my PERM again since the location changed and its in pending state.

Now the question is, If i decide to change the JOB to a new employer during this period (approved 140 but pending PERM because of job location change), can the new company still file a new PERM and I can retain the original Priority date of 2011?
