about educational qualification for h1b


hi friends,

I have 15 years education.my bachler degree is completed in 2003.i have work experience form 2003-2006.(3 years).now i completed my master degree 2006-2009. now i am having 18 years education+3 years experience.am i eligible for h1b? if not plz tell me how can i eligible?

You appear to be eligible but an educational evaluation may be necessary.

Read the USCIS website for documentation about the program.

Words of warning: Do not pay an employer to file for an H1B for you; most fees must be paid by the employer. Beware as there are a number of complaints about employers not paying H1B employees proper wages. It is very important that you find a legitimate employer.

With the current economic situation in the US, there are fewer opportunities than there have been in the past. Your success in finding an employer will depend on your qualifications and special skills.
