Question Afraid, No Where to Turn

What is the name of your state? Florida

Can anyone advise as to where an 18 year old can seek help in becoming a citizen, resident (however it goes). She is alone in the US, somewhat abandoned by parents and has been here since she was 1. Need direction as to where she can go. She wants to go to college and make a life here without being scared to turn the corner. Thanks for reading, appreciate it.

Most colleges and universities will admit students even though undocumented. She might want to find out about the Dream Act and its status in Florida. She might be eligible for in-state tuition particularly if she attended a US High School.
